Emergency Foot Pedal Release: This mechanism disengages the gate from the operator to allow easy manual opening and closing of the gate during power outages and emergencies
Electric Motor: 1/2 Hp, 115VAC, 4.5 amp, continuous duty with high speed ball bearings and resettable overload button
Heavy Duty Worm Gear: Lubricated in an oil bath for smooth and quiet operation
Heavy Duty Torque-limiter: Absorbs high impacts on gates to minimize damage on gear reducer
Finish: Gold/Zinc plated to inhibit corrosion
Cover: High-impact resistant charcoal gray polyethylene with a stainless steel access door
Cover Dimensions: 27" H x 16-1/2" L x 20" W
For Compact installs the arms must be cut down to size
