The board arived in very good condition due to proper and safe packaging. The board has been working excellent since replacement. The original was installed about 14 years earlier and could be still working if needed maintenance was performed on the gate opener.

Rarely do I feel compelled to write a customer review but the service that I received from Gate Depot was impressive. My package was delivered by UPS with the bottom torn open and the contents missing. It had obviously been damaged during shipping. I reported it to UPS first and then contacted Gate Depot. They over-nited a replacement and I got it before UPS even began processing my claim. Thanks very much Gate Depot!

I have used this product numerous times in the past for bank drive thru areas and they work flawlessly. I would highly recommend them if you are looking for a product that is very reliable.

The 42" pedestal goose neck keypad mount is built solidly with Sch40 2" steel pipe and 3/16" plates welded on very securely. Finish is great. We preferred the pedestal base for easy replacement in case the post is hit by a car/truck. However, in testing the height with various vehicles, we found 42" too short for SUVs and Minivans. It was perfect for sedans. To remedy, I cut near the bottom and inserted/welded a 12" piece of additional galv pipe, bringing it to 54". The cement-in version of the goose neck is 66" high, which when set 12" into concrete gives you this height. Please consider the height carefully when choosing this product.

Products were Great. Heavy Duty, will last for years. However, better than the products was the service!! A 3” Steel guide wheel was lost during shipping. I Emailed pictures of the damaged box, and I had the missing parts in a couple of days. Great Job Gate Depot
