The wrong switch was sent and I contacted Josh and customer service, he checked with shipping and his supplier and I was sent the right switch at no extra charge. Great customer service thank you

Delivery was fast, too bad the item was incorrect. I had ordered the Silver Lockset and received the Black by mistake. However when I reported the error to Gate Depot they immediately shipped out the correct item along with a return label for the first one. Hopefully we should receive the correct one soon.
