I called about a damaged Q400 Main Board which was fried in the upper left corner, where the small coil of copper wire is. The sales person knew what I was talking about and what caused the damage. He also told me what I could do to prevent this type of damage. Very Impressive! I just wanted to say how much I appreciate people who are knowledgeable and the great price on the replacement board
