This compact, convenient, reliable column mount gate operator is state-of-the-art and truly worthy of the Platinum Access name. Created in the same meticulous nature as our other Gate Operators, the CM712 represents the latest addition and expansion of our operator line. Small yet powerful, the CM712 can handle a maximum load of 700lbs and is the only logical choice for operators with this functionally.

*Note: To be compliant with UL 325 and industry safety guidelines, additional Type B1 (photo eye) and/or Type B2 (sensing edge) entrapment prevention devices must be installed or OPERATOR WILL NOT RUN.

- Automatically Learning with Self-Synchronization — Automatically synchronizes gates with different travel times for primary/secondary gate installation
- High Capacity DC BackUp — Using two 12V, 5Ah batteries that can opens and closes the gate over 100 cycles on DC backup depending on the model and gate size
- Adjustable Leaf Delay — on either leaf from the primary unit in the primary/secondary system
- Fail Safe/Secure Capability — Ability to set fail secure, fail safe, or open on fail
- Electronic reversing sensor has been built into the control board
- Adjustable timer - operates from 0-60 seconds
- Soft Start and Soft Stop — Minimizes wear and tear on the gate system for an increased gate system life usage
- Advanced Maglock Control — Engages the maglock before or after the gate is closed. Maglock works at both gate opening and closing position
