LiftMaster 412HM Receiver features Security+ code rotating technology, which means the code between the remote and receiver changes with each use for added security. It programs transmitters through the  learn button. For use with LiftMaster 970LM, 971LM, 972LM and 973LM transmitters. It will also work with Chamberlain and Sears remotes.
