This product requires a regular voice & SMS SIM card. Do not use a data-only SIM, as this will not work in the unit. To make voice calls on a 4G system and get optimum service, your SIM and provider will need to offer VOLTE support (Voice over LTE) otherwise the unit will be forced to fall back to 3G or 2G service to make calls. AES Global SIM card is included.
